About KW Business Support

Hi, I'm Kim, founder of KW Business Support.

With over 30 years of experience across business administration, finance, publishing and project management, I've built a broad, practical skill set that I now put to work for other businesses.

Having run my own company for 20 years, I know first-hand the challenges that small businesses, sole traders and freelancers face every day. I genuinely enjoy taking on the time-consuming finance, organization and paperwork tasks that many people avoid, and helping clients to focus on the important tasks in their business.

I have provided support for clients across a wide range of areas, from payroll, invoicing and bookkeeping to HR administration, office management and facilities. I work with Xero, Sage and QuickBooks, I’m proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, and a touch typist at 60 words per minute - so you can count on work being turned around accurately and efficiently.

Away from work, you'll usually find me on the sidelines cheering on my teenage children at their sports, or out walking my cocker spaniel, Nutmeg.

I can keep your inbox tidy, reply to routine messages, make sure your calendar reflects real life, format quotes and proposals - no double bookings, no unanswered enquiries.

From managing suppliers and coordinating facilities, to getting your processes and procedures properly organised, I help make sure the day-to-day operation of your business runs the way it should.

Project wrangling

Whether it's planning an event or keeping the moving parts of a job on track, I'll make sure nothing falls through the cracks. Checklists, reminders, venue sourcing, logistics, budget management - if it needs organising, I'll organise it.
